Michael Zane

Michael Zane is a seasoned chemist with extensive experience in both research and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Chemist at Stinger Chemical Corporation, LLC since August 2024, Zane has previously held the position of Plant Manager at Chemical Dynamics and various roles including QA/QC Manager and Research and Development Chemist at Florikan. Prior to these positions, Zane worked as a Freelance Chemist, R&D Chemist at Malco Products, and Senior Chemist/Group Leader at Sherwin Williams. Zane began their career at PPG Industries as a Chemist, following earlier roles as a Stockhandler at JC Penny and a Torpedoman in the US Navy. Zane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from The University of Kansas, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
