Karinne Bouchard is global head of treasury and treasurer of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., a global leader in convenience and fuel retail. She sits on the board of directors of the Sandra and Alain Bouchard Foundation, which is dedicated to financially supporting organizations that work in the arts and culture sector, as well as organizations that provide support to people living with intellectual disability in order to enable people to reach their full potential.
Ms. Bouchard also sits on the board of directors of FitSpirit, a Quebec-based not-for-profit whose mission is to get teenage girls to be physically active throughout their lives by providing the necessary tools and resources to schools with girls 12 to 17 years old. Finally, Ms. Bouchard sits on the board of directors of the CQCD. The CQCD is an association representing the vast majority of retail and distribution companies in Quebec. Its mission is to represent, promote and enhance this sector as well as to develop resources to foster advancement for its members.
Ms. Bouchard holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from McGill University, a master's degree in finance from University of Sherbrooke, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification, as well as an administrator accreditation of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).
