Joel is a Principal with Stinnett and has more than 30 years of experience in risk management and business operations. Since the firm’s inception in 2001, Joel continues to manage employment law issues, contracts, accounts payables and receivables, business operating documents, acquired office space and execution of all business leases. He has also successfully implemented worker compensation plans and cyber risk measurements.
Joel served 31 years in the United States Air Force with the last 18 years spent instructing pilots for the Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps before retiring as Lieutenant Colonel in 2017.
