Jason Lai

Jason Lai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jason is currently working as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Stint, a position they have held since March 2021.

Before that, from 2019 to 2021, Jason worked at Reward Gateway as a Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for project managing the maintenance and development of the frontend architecture and infrastructure. Jason also played a key role in onboarding developers to new technologies and workflows, and provided mentorship, code review, and training workshops.

Jason served as an eCommerce Executive, eCommerce Coordinator, Sales Team Administrator, and Membership Assistant, covering areas such as retail, ecommerce, product development, and customer support.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Jason gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Boston After School & Beyond from 2007 to 2008, and as a Fundraising Assistant at the Irish International Immigrant Center in 2006.
