Chris Ragusa

Chris Ragusa is the Director of Customer Experience at Stio, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Chris served as Customer Experience Manager at Stio from 2021 to 2025. Chris gained valuable experience as a Content Manager at MCFA from 2017 to 2018, and held various positions in the food and beverage industry, including Shift Manager at Sip-N-Glo Juicery and Juice Barista at Animo Juice. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a Minor in Business and Technical Writing from Rutgers University, where they also worked as an English Department Intern in 2016.
