Adya Vashishtha

Adya Vashishtha is an experienced professional in human resources and content management, currently serving as the Coordinator of People and Culture at STIR Education since July 2022, where coordination with over 500 candidates across multiple countries has been a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Adya worked as a Content Manager at The Bunker House, developing marketing strategies that significantly enhanced social media reach and contributed to business expansion. Previous recruitment experience at Teach For India involved managing the candidate assessment process for the Fellowship session. Adya's leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Department of Political Science at Gargi College and as Editor In Chief at Demos, where content on important social issues was published. Additional experience includes roles in digital content creation and evaluation, as well as internships focusing on educational reform and women's empowerment initiatives. Adya holds a degree in Political Science Honors from Gargi College.
