Dinesh Bhatt

Dinesh Bhatt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, operations, and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Training & Survey Operations at Oxford Policy Management India Private Limited since October 2019, Dinesh also holds the position of Operation Lead at Indus Action, collaborating with the Uttarakhand State Education Department on the implementation of Right to Education. As Program Manager at STIR Education, Dinesh drives program operations with SCERT Uttar Pradesh to enhance student learning outcomes. Prior experience includes managerial roles in HR at Panchavaktra Group and as Project Assistant- Coordinator at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), where Dinesh assisted in managing socioeconomic research projects in collaboration with MIT. Earlier career stages included a position as Process Associate at IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt Ltd. Dinesh holds a Master’s Degree in Government from MIT, Pune, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from DAV (PG) College, Dehradun.
