Neha Gehlot has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Neha worked at STIR Education as an Associate Director for Global Programme Design, where they were responsible for the design and quality delivery of the STiR programme in India. Neha also supported state teams in setting up co-design processes with government partners and building internal team capacities. Before that, Neha worked as a Senior Manager at STIR Education.

Neha Gehlot obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Science from the University of Rajasthan, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Neha then pursued a Master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, completing it from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, Neha also obtained a Certificate Course in Counselling for Community Mental Health from the same university. Furthermore, they pursued another Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Cincinnati, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
