Resiana R. is a seasoned professional in educational program design and teaching, currently serving as Senior Manager Design & Programme Readiness at STIR Education since November 2021. In this role, Resiana R. collaborates with district governments in East Java and East Nusa Tenggara to create training programs focused on intrinsic motivation and lifelong learning, aligning initiatives with directives from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
