James Estes is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in the food service industry. Since May 2023, James has been enhancing operations at Stir Food Ltd. Prior to this, James held the same position at The Pantry (UK) Limited from August 2020 to May 2023 and at OLIVE DINING LTD from October 2018 to June 2020, where a significant achievement was collaborating with the Executive Chef Team as a Group Development Chef on innovative menu concepts. James's career began at Churchill Services/Radish, progressing from Area Relief Chef to Operations Manager, overseeing multiple schools in Lewisham, Croydon, Harrow, and Barnet.
