Stirling Distillery

The smallest whisky distillery in Scotland producing award-winning craft spirits in the historic ‘Old Smiddy’, Stirling’s first legal distillery on the castle rock. Made from locally foraged Stirlingshire nettles, Stirling Gin can be found in Coop supermarkets across Scotland from May 2024.
