Subhasish Kundu

Subhasish Kundu is a Principal Consultant at Stirrup Communication Consultants since December 2024, with extensive experience in sustainability and ESG strategies. Previously, as Functional Lead - Sustainability at Trident Group India, significant achievements included preparing the maiden ESG report and BRSR report for Trident Limited, enhancing the DJSI CSA score by 2.3x, and formulating comprehensive sustainability assessments. Prior to that, Subhasish served as an ESG and Strategy Intern at Tata International Limited, developing an ESG framework across various businesses. Subhasish's career also includes roles in sales development, healthcare assessment consulting, and software development, complemented by an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from SRM IST Chennai.
