Amy L Sullivan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and community engagement within the arts and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Styling Team Manager at Stitch Fix since March 2021, Amy leads a team of 40 Senior Stylists, focusing on sales growth and client retention through strategic performance tracking. Prior to this, Amy worked at lululemon for over six years as a People Manager, emphasizing inclusive recruitment and comprehensive training. Amy also co-founded Dwell: An Artist Space, where Amy L managed studio operations and facilitated community workshops. Additional experience includes serving as Development Director at The Levoy Theatre and Executive Director at Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts, where Amy developed key exhibitions and secured funding through grants. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management from Stockton University.
