Colin Arnold

Colin Arnold is an experienced warehouse and operations supervisor with a robust background in logistics and quality assurance. At Stitch Fix since April 2021, Colin has been responsible for developing leaders and coaching teams of up to 46 indirect employees while implementing Just-In-Time (JIT) fulfillment using Lean Methodology. Prior to this role, Colin worked at Neovia Logistics, supervising various warehouse departments and managing teams ranging from 10 to 75 employees. Experience also includes serving as the Quality Assurance Team Lead at Lam Holdings, where Colin focused on customer experience and employee development, as well as a Lead Technical Consultant at Sprint, overseeing technician teams and inventory management. Earlier experience at Kmart Manteno Distribution Center involved coordinating between departments to address inventory discrepancies under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager.
