Lenin Lizarzaburo

Lenin Lizarzaburo has extensive experience in leadership and operations management, currently serving as a Leader at Stitch Fix since June 2016, where responsibilities include supporting supervisors and engaging a team of over 150 employees to drive results through effective communication and problem-solving. Prior to this role, Lenin served as a drilling, completions, and workover night supervisor at Andespetroleum from October 2001 to May 2015, overseeing material management and operational reporting. Educational qualifications include a Certified Interpreter Translator degree from the Translation & Interpretation Network and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
