Madelynn Schmidt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Stitch Fix since March 2016, where roles include Multi Business Line Styling Team Manager and Technology Pilot Team Manager. In their current position, Madelynn oversees a remote team of up to 55 stylists, focusing on performance metrics and enhancing client experiences while driving change management initiatives. Previous leadership roles involved managing teams of over 100 stylists and championing the development of innovative processes that significantly improved customer satisfaction. Before Stitch Fix, Madelynn held key positions at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Secretary of the Southwestern Missions Association and directing the Student Call Center.
