Matt Baer

Matt Baer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Stitch Fix, bringing extensive experience in leadership and digital transformation. Previously, Matt held multiple senior roles at Macy's, including Chief Customer & Digital Officer and Chief Digital Officer. Additional experience includes a Vice President position at Walmart eCommerce and founding Bezar, where Matt served as Chief Operating Officer. Matt also contributed to Quirky as General Manager of Home and Kitchen. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and attendance at Cardozo School of Law.
