Plamena Carhart

Plamena Carhart currently serves as the VP of Shared Services and Talent at Stitch Fix, a role held since July 2024. Prior to this, Plamena worked at Rubrik, Inc. as the Senior Director of Global People Operations from September 2021 to July 2024. At Amazon Web Services (AWS), Plamena held multiple positions including Senior HR Leader and Sr. HR Business Partner between September 2017 and August 2021. Plamena's earlier experience includes significant roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on HR strategy, employee experience, and learning development, and at Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile as a Sr. Talent & Development expert. Plamena began professional career at E.ON as a Training & Development specialist. Education includes a Master's degree in HR Development and Management from New Bulgarian University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Economics - Varna.
