Sara Fenn

Sara Fenn is an accomplished Human Resources Leader with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in international corporate HR. Currently, Sara serves as the Human Resources Leader at Stitch Fix since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sara founded Empwr.me, providing leadership coaching and development. Other notable positions include HR Director roles at Fortive (pending acquisition of Advanced Sterilization Products) and Tektronix, as well as Senior HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Redfin. Sara began a career in HR at Washington Mutual Bank in various capacities, advancing from HR Assistant to HR Business Partner.
