Shae Daberkow is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across prominent companies. Currently serving as the HR Director for People Ops & Shared Services at Stitch Fix since June 2025, Shae previously held the position of Head of HR at Amazon from January 2024 to July 2025. Prior to that, Shae worked at Google as an HR Leader/Chief of Staff from June 2021 to November 2023, and at Amazon in various global HR leadership roles from June 2016 to June 2021. Shae's experience also includes serving as the National HR Director for Business Practices at CHI from April 2012 to May 2016, and as an HR Leader at Comcast from June 2010 to March 2012. Shae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
