Your AI bill came in 40 percent over plan this month. No one can tell you which decision, which team, or which agent caused it.

It is the same problem organizations have wrestled with for fifteen years on cloud and SaaS. AI did not introduce a new problem. It exposed the one IT Finance never solved.

We are a team that has lived it from every angle of IT Finance. Founders of the FOCUS project, the open billing standard now adopted by AWS, Azure, Google, and thousands of enterprises. Builders of the first IT Finance practice modeling cloud, SaaS, and internal IT at Fortune-20 scale. Veterans of the last generation of market leading FinOps tools, who saw exactly where they fall short.

So we went back to first principles and built an industry first: the embedded IT Finance system of intelligence for human and agentic workflows.

We meet your human and agent stakeholders where they already operate: Claude Code, Cursor, Slack, Jira. Financial context arrives at the moment the dollar gets committed. The first excuse, "we did not know where to find the cost data," disappears.

Leadership gets the answers boards actually ask: which technology investments justify scaling, what each customer costs to serve, cost per outcome alongside revenue. IT Finance teams stop explaining variances and start enabling investment. Engineers make cost-aware decisions from the start.

Production-ready in weeks, not the 18 to 24 months a custom build requires.

The teams who get this foundation in place before their AI strategy scales will outpace the ones who do not. The gap compounds every quarter.
