Michael White

Michael White is currently a Counsel at Stites & Harbison, specializing in franchise law, commercial real estate, and general business transactions. With a robust background in the quick service restaurant industry, Michael served as VP and Corporate Counsel at Long John Silver's, Inc. from 1993 to 2002, followed by roles at Yum Brands, Inc. as General Counsel and Director of Franchise Administration until 2009. Prior to that, Michael was a Partner at Johnstone Adams from 1985 to 1993. Michael earned a B.S. in Communications and a JD from the University of Kentucky and the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, respectively.
