Coley Horner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2009, Coley started working at Checkpoint Card Technology LLC, where they served as a Customer Success Manager and Art Dept. Manager until 2016. Following that, Coley joined Apple in 2016 and worked there as a Manager for four years until 2020. In 2020, Coley joined Enjoy Technology, Inc. as a Senior Manager, responsible for People, Operations, and Customer Experience. After a year, Coley transitioned to their most recent role as the Customer Engagement Manager at Stix Golf Co, starting in November 2021.

Coley Horner attended Watkins College of Art, Design & Film from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Graphic Design. In 2023, Coley also obtained additional certifications in "Building AI Powered Chatbots Without Programming" and "Build & Deploy AI Messenger Chatbot using IBM Watson" from Coursera.
