Balakumar Arunachalam

Balakumar Arunachalam has extensive work experience in the technology industry, specializing in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and SAP implementation. Balakumar currently holds the position of Vice President and Global Practice Head - Cloud & Interoperability and Cybersecurity at STL Digital since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head and Head of North America for various divisions at Tata Consultancy Services from 2005 to 2022. Balakumar also worked at TVS Motor Company as a Manager Systems & Technical Architect SAP Basis from 1995 to 2005.

Balakumar Arunachalam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Tamilnadu Technical Education between 1990 and 1993. Balakumar also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including GIAC Cloud Security Essentials (GCLD) from GIAC Certifications in December 2021, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2021, and Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google in November 2021.
