Mohd Faheem is an experienced IT professional with a background in operations, project management, and customer support. Currently serving as Deputy Manager for IT Operations and Financial Planning at STL Digital since October 2020, Mohd Faheem has expertise in IT end-user support, infrastructure management, and IT service management tools. Prior experience includes roles as IT Operation Manager at IBM India, overseeing IT operations at Lupin Pharma Limited, and as Program Manager in the IT Service Division at HCL Services Ltd. Additionally, Mohd Faheem worked as an IT Project Coordinator at Rameet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from October 2009 to June 2016. An MBA graduate in Marketing and HR from Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mohd Faheem has demonstrated a strong capability in managing IT projects and enhancing processes throughout the career.
