Andrew Bagnall

President & CEO at St. Luke's Hospital

Andrew Bagnall joined St. Luke’s Hospital in August 2022 as the healthcare network’s President and Chief Executive Officer, bringing 17 years of healthcare experience at the executive level and nearly 25 years of experience in the industry overall. Immediately prior to joining St. Luke’s, Mr. Bagnall served as president and chief executive officer of Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) Wisconsin, with more than 500 beds in its six hospitals across the state.

During his 12-year tenure with HSHS, Andrew also served as president and chief executive officer of the system’s hospitals in Sheboygan and Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He successfully led numerous growth, expansion and partnership initiatives in critical service lines, working closely with hospital-aligned and independent providers. He joined HSHS in 2010, after serving as chief executive officer of long-term acute care Select Specialty Hospital in Davenport, Iowa.

Mr. Bagnall began his healthcare career at Genesis Health System in Davenport, Iowa, and then moved to the Iowa City area where he worked for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Following, he served in an executive role with Grinnell Regional Medical Center in Grinnell, Iowa, where he was responsible for operations of the outpatient departments and the development of a physician service organization.

Andrew earned his master’s degree in healthcare administration and bachelor’s degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport.
