EVP for Quality, Safety & Population Health at St. Luke's Hospital

Samuel Flanders, MD joined St. Luke’s in August, 2021 as executive vice president for quality, safety and population health following his 13-year tenure leading the quality, safety and clinical effectiveness programs for Beaumont Health in Michigan. He is nationally recognized for his expertise in continuous improvement and the creation of high reliability organizations focused on safety and exceptional patient outcomes. Dr. Flanders has responsibility for quality, safety, population health and process improvement.
