Sharon Mertzlufft

Sharon Mertzlufft joined the administration of St. Luke’s Hospital in 2015. Her administrative responsibilities include overseeing the healthcare ministry’s philanthropic initiatives, volunteer services, spiritual care programs, marketing and community outreach. Sharon has extensive experience in building and expanding successful philanthropic programs for health and human service, cultural and community development organizations.

Previously, Sharon served as the director of development for the CityArchRiver 2015 Foundation, leading the philanthropy program for the St. Louis Gateway Arch grounds project. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at the Missouri Botanical Garden and the United Way of Greater St. Louis.

Sharon earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and an MBA from Webster University.
