Holly Lammer

Holly Lammer has extensive experience in nursing and education within the perinatal and women's health sector, serving at St. Luke's Health System since 1999 as a Registered Nurse Certified in Obstetrics and a childbirth educator. Holly has contributed significantly by developing the Intuitive Birth program, which integrates mindfulness practices into childbirth education. Additionally, Holly coordinates perinatal integrative services and education for high-risk pregnancies. As a yoga teacher since 2011, Holly focuses on using yoga as a therapeutic tool for enhancing the quality of life for at-risk populations. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health Sciences University and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification.
