Bill Scott

Bill Scott is a seasoned HR and Recruitment professional based in Oundle (Peterborough) with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Group Head of HR at STM Group PLC since April 2019, Bill also holds the position of Director at Morton-Scott Associates Ltd since October 2008. With a CIPD qualification and an MSc in Human Resources Management, Bill has developed a strong background in executive search and recruitment, having led the HR division at CNA International Executive Search from March 2017 to April 2019. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Clark James, UK & Ireland HR Director at Hays, and HR Director for Europe & APAC at REL Consultancy Group, among others. Bill specializes in providing bespoke HR and recruitment services, particularly to small and medium-sized businesses, leveraging over two decades of experience in strategic and operational HR functions.
