Elias J. Moundalec has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elias started their career at Digital Engineering in Lebanon as a Planning Manager for the Junction Network. Elias then worked at Norconsult Telematics in Saudi Arabia as an Outside Plant Design Engineer and later as an Implementation Manager and Supervisor in the GSM/SRS/WLL Department. In 2000, they joined Teledesign Engineering Ltd. as the Chief Project Coordinator for Ericsson Projects. Elias returned to Norconsult Telematics as a Consultant/Senior Engineer Radio Access, overseeing the implementation and acceptance of urban WLL and subscriber radio systems projects. From 2002 to 2014, Elias worked at teledesign engineering, where they held various roles, including Chief Engineer for the Huawei 450k OSP/ISP Project. Elias then worked as a Director at Nesma Telecom & Technology until 2019. In 2019, they joined Creative Telecom Company as the Chief Executive Officer, and in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer at STME.
In 1984, Elias J. Moundalec began their education by pursuing a Bac technique Electronics degree at the Dekwaneh Institute. Elias successfully completed this program in 1986. Following that, from 1986 to 1987, they enrolled in the Goubran, Khalil, Gourbran Institute in Jdeieh and obtained a Bac Technique Electronics Diploma. Elias continued their education at the same institute from 1987 to 1990, specializing in Electronics and receiving a Diploma of advanced technical studies.
