Anne-Catherine Grunholzer

Anne-Catherine Grunholzer is currently the Head of Corporate Marketing & Communication at STOBAG since January 2024. Previously, Anne-Catherine served as a Guest Lecturer in Customer Experience and Behavioral Branding at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from October 2020 to March 2025, and at the University of St.Gallen from March 2021 to March 2023. Anne-Catherine held the position of Head of Customer Service at Odlo from June 2018 to September 2022, where leadership responsibility encompassed B2B and B2C teams across Switzerland, Germany, and France, with a focus on enhancing Customer Relationship Management and Customer Experience. A career break taken from October 2022 to January 2024 allowed for reflection on leadership and personal growth. Educationally, Anne-Catherine obtained a CAS in Cross- & Omni-Channel Management and an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of St.Gallen.
