Roger Hess

Roger Hess currently serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Board at STOBAG since August 2024. Prior to this role, Roger held various leadership positions at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd from April 2015 to May 2023, including Vice President Supply Chain and Vice President Supply Chain & ICT, where oversight extended to 230 employees across seven departments. Roger also contributed to Leister Technologies AG between May 2008 and March 2015 as Vice President Supply Chain Management and held the Head of China Operations role, managing multiple departments and a significant number of personnel. Early career experience included serving as a Strategic Buyer at Schindler Aufzüge AG. Roger Hess is furthering education with a Board Certificate CAS HSG in Risk Management and Strategic Thinking from the University of St.Gallen and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Data Engineering and Applied Data Science from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
