Deepa Pillay

Deepa Pillay currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Stober Group since August 2023. Previously, Deepa held the position of Marketing Manager at Epic Real Estate Solutions Inc. from February 2022 to May 2023, and at Mission Group from January 2021 to February 2022. Earlier roles include Account Manager and Communications Coordinator at tartanbond (August 2018 - December 2020), and Student Media Assistant at Vancouver Island University (January 2018 - May 2018), where a communications plan and social media analysis were developed. Deepa's experience also encompasses being Assistant Marketing Manager at Wooplr (January 2016 - March 2017), Social Media Marketing Manager at Radio Indigo FM (May 2015 - December 2015), and Brand Manager/Associate Brand Manager at Media Moments (January 2014 - May 2015). Deepa began a career in the industry as an intern at Media Moments (May 2012 - September 2012). Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Vancouver Island University (2017 - 2019) and an MA in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management from Cardiff University (2012 - 2013).
