Steve Hovis

Steve Hovis is the Managing Partner and Attorney at Stock and Leader since August 1990. Steve has been a part of the Management Committee since 2000 and served as the Chair of the Municipal Practice Group from 2000 to 2017. Prior to joining Stock and Leader, Steve worked as a Summer Associate Law Clerk at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP in 1989 and Gebhardt & Smith LLP in 1988. Steve earned their J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 1990 and their A.B. in Political Science and Government from Syracuse University in 1987.
