Daël Cassam Chenaï

Dael Cassam Chenaï currently serves as the Group Business Development Director and COO at Dugas, the French affiliate of Stock Spirits Group, where responsibilities include M&A, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives since February 2023. Prior to this role, Dael held several key positions, including Chief Operating Officer at EZDO from March 2019 to January 2023, and several roles at Pernod Ricard across India and Australia, focusing on strategic planning and innovation from 2012 to 2019. Dael's career began at Accenture as a Management Consultant and included contributions to Alixio as a manager and involvement in founding Roads to Africa. Dael possesses an MSc in Consulting and Corporate Finance from emlyon business school and enhanced global management expertise through an MBA semester at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
