Karolina Kordos has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they are the Head of Group IT Project Management at Stock Spirits Group, where they oversee and leads IT portfolio projects aligned with corporate objectives. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at BlackSwan Technologies, managing projects for financial institutions. Karolina also served as a Project Manager/Product Owner at Xperi Corporation, where they led commercial projects for digital TV devices and systems. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at ALTIMI, where they handled software solutions for international customers. Karolina also gained experience as a Project Manager at IBM Global Services Delivery Centre Poland, delivering ticketing service applications for international customers. Additionally, Karolina worked as a Project Manager/Project Owner at Cubiware (TiVo Company), providing software solutions for digital TV devices. Karolina started their career as a Software Engineer/Technical Leader at Samsung Electronics, where they developed multi-platform software for STBs. Karolina also had a brief trainee position at Credit Suisse as a Junior IT Specialist.

Karolina Kordos completed their education at the Warsaw University of Technology in 2015, where they pursued Postgraduate Studies in Project Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Electronic and Telecommunication, with a specialization in the Application of Computer Technology in Engineering from the Wroclaw University of Technology in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2021 and PRINCE2® Foundation from APMG-International in 2014. Karolina also holds a Driving Licence B acquired in 2013.
