Marco Alberizzi is the Managing Director of Italy at [Stock Spirits Group](/org/stock-spirits-group-plc). Prior to joining [Stock Spirits Group](/org/stock-spirits-group-plc), they were the General Manager of Italy at [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) and a member of the Executive Board and of [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) South EU Leadership Team. Marco was also the Vice President of Federvini Social Affairs committee and a member of the Global Sales Management Team at [Heineken](/org/heineken) International.

Alberizzi started their career at [Heineken](/org/heineken) Italia in 1994 as a Brand Manager. In 2000, they joined [Heineken](/org/heineken) International as the Senior Director of Global Sales Capability. In this role, they were responsible for developing winning Sales Teams and improving individual and organizational "ability to perform" through programs, training, common systems and processes.

In 2015, Alberizzi left [Heineken](/org/heineken) to join [Ferrero](/org/ferrero) as the Head of Trade and Shopper Marketing. Marco held this position until 2016 when they became the General Manager of Italy at [Bacardi](/org/bacardi). Marco held this position until 2018 when they joined [Stock Spirits Group](/org/stock-spirits-group-plc) as the Managing Director of Italy.

Marco Alberizzi has a degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Master's Degree in Marketing & Communication from Master in Marketing & Communication "Centromarca - Accademia del Marketing". Marco also attended the High Potential Leadership Program at [Harvard Business School](/org/harvard-business-school) and the [Heineken](/org/heineken) International Management Course at [INSEAD](/org/insead).

Małgorzata Jaworska, has nearly 20 years of extensive Information technology experience most recently as CIO of Link4, having honed her IT skills at Hewlett Packard and Comarch in Poland through a number of experience-enhancing roles including but not limited to SAP Project Management, Quality Assurance Management, Transition and Transformation Management as well as Agility Management.

Małgorzata worked with European clients across multiple industries including financial sector. She is well versed and passionate about lean concepts. With that she brings a wealth of experience to the business as a whole and to the role in particular.

Małgorzata Jaworska

Michał joined the Stock Spirits Group in September 2022. He has twenty-five years of professional experience in various industries and in consulting. Last seven years he worked for Lisner, a leader in fish consumer products industry in Poland and Germany, where he served as CFO. His prior career has been within finance and business development roles with Cemex, RWE, AT Kearney and Arthur Andersen. Michał is a graduate of Europa Universität Viadrina in Germany and has received an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Michał Misterski

Jean-Christophe joined the Stock Spirits Group in August 2022. He has over twenty years’ international experience with proven track record in spirits industry. Over last few years he based in London, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Chivas Brothers, Pernod Ricard’s global scotch whisky business. Prior to this, Jean-Christophe held various senior leadership roles at Pernod Ricard, including CEO of Pernod Ricard Winemakers, CEO of Pernod Ricard Irish Distillers, CEO of Pernod Ricard Korea and CFO in France and in Asia.

Jakub Ogórek is the Group Operations Director at [Stock Spirits Group](/org/stock-spirits-group-plc). Prior to their current position, they worked as a Finance and Business Consultant at Dr Gerard Sp. z o.o from June 2016 to September 2016. Jakub was also the Finance & Optimization Director CEE, Russia & Baltics (Integrated Supply Chain Cluster Controller) at AkzoNobel Decorative Paints from April 2008 to January 2016.

At AkzoNobel Decorative Paints, they oversaw continuous process improvement in production and logistics operations, covering lean principles implementation. Jakub cultivated financial business partnerships for supply chain across the region and served as a member of the regional management team, including analyses of potential acquisition targets. Jakub successfully led the preparation and execution of investment processes. 

Jakub supervised procurement operations, encompassing managing relationships, evaluating contract performance, making changes/corrections as appropriate, and closing out contracts. Jakub was accountable for heading regional / project teams with four direct and five indirect reports.

During their time at AkzoNobel Decorative Paints, they presented the supply chain cost budget for six consecutive years worth €25M. Jakub also managed to reduce material utilisation losses to plan and deliver 1% savings on raw and packaging materials (€1M). In addition, they boosted production cost within Russian plant, leading to decrease costs from €0.318/L to €0.20/L, whilst maintaining volume flat from 2011 to 2014.

Jakub developed a local team of financial controllers and FP&A support from ground up, enabling execution of financial and non-financial results in line with budgets. Jakub also planned and implemented processes in logistics, covering transport and warehousing in EMEA and provided effective cost control and savings of 1.2% (nominal savings of €1M per annum). Lastly, they spearheaded a project with a budget of €22M and secured costs saving of €6.6M annually (€1.2M in CZ, EBITDA improvement 9%, €4.2M in PL, EBITDA improvement 4%, €1.2M in HU, and EBITDA improvement 10%).

Jakub Ogórek has a Master's in finance and banking from Cracow University of Economics as well as a European Master of Business Sciences from ESC Le Havre.
