Daniel Westreich

Daniel Westreich is currently working as the Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Stock Transportation. Daniel is also a member of National Express senior leadership. Daniel has extensive experience in advising on various aspects of business, including corporate transactions, employment & labour, customer relationship management, disputes and litigation, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance. Prior to their current role, Daniel held positions at companies such as Sears Canada, Tangerine, and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, where Daniel gained valuable experience in legal counsel, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and litigation management. Daniel holds a BCL/LLB in Law from McGill University and a MA in Political Science from Carleton University.
