Debbie Black

Debbie Black is an experienced transportation manager with a strong background in the school bus industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Stock Transportation since November 2004, Debbie oversees the operations of a large division with 302 unionized employees and 25 office staff and mechanics. Prior to this role, Debbie held the position of Manager of Customer and Routes at Stock Transportation - National Express Corp from 2004 to June 2010 and worked as Branch Manager at Laidlaw Education Services from July 1991 to December 2000, where Debbie managed transit and school bus operations in Ajax and Toronto. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Western University and has completed studies at Seneca Polytechnic.
