Miquel Subirats Salvans

Miquel Subirats Salvans has a diverse range of work experience. Miquel is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of StockAgile, an inventory management software and point of sales platform. In 2017, they were a Professor of MVP validation, prototyping, and growth at La Salle Technova Barcelona, where they taught topics such as creating a minimum viable product and validation methods. Miquel also worked as a Project Manager at Visual Engineering from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for developing project plans, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring successful project execution.

From 2015 to 2017, Miquel held multiple roles at thethings.iO, including Marketing Lead/Growth Hacker and Front End Developer/Front End Architect. In these roles, they determined online marketing strategies, executed user acquisition strategies, and designed and implemented front-end solutions.

In 2016, they co-founded Solidarity App, a donation platform that connects users and charities through mobile games. At Cookbooth, where they worked from 2014 to 2015, they were a Full Stack Developer/Digital Analyst, contributing to the development and promotion of a social recipe sharing network.

Miquel also has experience as a Web Design and UX professor at L'Idem Barcelona, where they taught HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, and Wordpress, focusing on web development and user experience design. In 2012, they co-founded Ciclee technologies, where they created Greatems, a marketplace for products focused on design and happiness.

Earlier in their career, Miquel worked as a Software Engineer at Visual Engineering, where they implemented a web interface for chat and video calls, and at Bibulu, where they developed the front-end version of an online platform connecting dog owners and dog sitters.

Miquel Subirats Salvans completed their MSc in Informatics Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 2004 and 2009. In 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Innovation Management from the Escuela de Organización Industrial, and the completion date is not specified. Between 2009 and 2010, Miquel took part in the Erasmus program in Business Information Systems at Leeds Beckett University, acquiring a Bsc (Hons) degree. In 2019, they enrolled in the Programa ThepowerMBA at ThePower Business School, specializing in Business Expert - Administración y Dirección de Empresas, with an ongoing status.
