Dita Awalu Rizkia

Dita Awalu Rizkia has significant experience in human resources, currently serving in HR roles at both Bibit.id and Stockbit since March 2021. Previously, Dita held the position of Human Resources Operation Officer at cermati.com from February 2020 to February 2021, where responsibilities included managing onboarding and offboarding processes, handling employee agreements, and maintaining an employee database. In addition, Dita worked in Human Capital Development at PT.Pertamina (Persero) from March 2019 to September 2019, focusing on human capital planning and audit management. Dita’s career began as a Human Resources Staff at the Centre of Management IPB from October 2016 to October 2017, contributing to seminar organization and internal human resource development. Dita holds a Bachelor's degree in Ilmu Manajemen from IPB University, completed in 2019.
