Tuba Malinowski

Tuba Malinowski joined Stockbridge in 2010 and serves as Portfolio Manager for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) open-end core fund as well as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Malinowski is responsible for the creation and implementation of the firm’s business strategies and setting comprehensive goals to optimize the firm’s performance and growth.

Malinowski has led multiple business expansion initiatives for the firm, including the launch of CVA’S open-end core fund in 2011 and with her oversight, the fund has grown to more than $3.5 billion of gross assets. Additionally, Malinowski helped expand the firm’s corporate footprint through the opening of the Atlanta office in 2010 and she continues to oversee the office’s day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Malinowski worked for Principal Global Investors, where she was responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with U.S. private and public pension plans. Malinowski also served as Director of Marketing and Client Relations for RREEF, where she held primary responsibilities for more than 80 clients, including several of the largest pension plans in the U.S.

Malinowski started her real estate career as an investment analyst with Equitable Real Estate Investments. During her tenure she was promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions for commercial and multifamily properties in the Southeast region.

Malinowski received a B.A. in Economics from Agnes Scott College. Malinowski serves on the membership committee of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She also a board member for the Mary Hall Freedom Village.
