Jason Harter

Jason H is an experienced professional in the field of acquisitions with a focus on real estate opportunities. Currently employed at Stockdale Capital Partners, LLC since April 2023, Jason's prior roles include positions at Fortress Investment Group and RealtyMogul, among others. Before transitioning into acquisitions, Jason held analytical and associate roles at PCCP, LLC and Wilshire Associates. Jason began the career with a Real Estate Analyst Internship at Colliers International and also gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Hilliard Lyons. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a high school diploma from Kentucky Country Day School.
