Troy Geyer

Troy Geyer has a strong background in development, construction, and project management. Troy'smost recent position is Vice President of Development & Construction at Stockdale Capital Partners. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at the same company. Before joining Stockdale Capital Partners, Troy was the President of SIXONENINE Design + Development, where they gained experience in design and development. Troy also served as the Vice President of Development & Construction at KZ Companies. Troy's early career included roles at Gensler, Eppstein Uhen Architects, and the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where they held various positions in architecture, teaching, and project management. Troy also has experience in real estate and hospitality industries from their previous roles at UWM Foundation, Marcus Hotels & Resorts, and Milwaukee Bucks Inc. Troy began their career at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, where they worked as a Senior Lifeguard and Safety Trainer.

Troy Geyer has an extensive education history in various fields. Troy obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from Marquette University in 2008. Following this, they pursued Architectural Studies and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2010.

Troy continued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and graduated with a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in 2013. During this period, they specialized in Architecture and Real Estate Development.

In addition to their degrees, Troy has acquired several certifications. In 2007, they obtained the "BLS for Healthcare Providers" certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. Troy also holds multiple certifications from the American Red Cross, including "American Red Cross Lifeguard Safety Instructor," "First Aid/ CPR/ AED Instructor," "Health and Safety Services Instructor," and "Lifeguard Instructor," all obtained in 2008. Further, they became a "NREMT-B" certified emergency medical technician from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in the same year.

Troy expanded their expertise by achieving the status of "Associate Member" with The American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2012. Troy then obtained the "LEED Green Associate" certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in 2014. Lastly, in 2016, they became a "Certified Interior Designer" through CCIDC, Inc - California Council for Interior Design Certification.
