Suzanne Lehrer Dumaine is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food operations and recipe development. As the Founder and CEO of Stocked since April 2022, Suzanne leads a one-stop prepared food shop designed to streamline meal preparation. Prior to this role, Suzanne was the Chef and Founder of Three Owls Market from August 2017 to August 2022. At Plated, where Suzanne served as the Director of Culinary Operations from November 2013 to July 2017, significant contributions included optimizing culinary processes and developing over 700 recipes, as well as co-authoring a cookbook published by Clarkson Potter. Additional experience encompasses freelance culinary writing for prominent publications and various editorial roles in esteemed food networks. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from Dartmouth College and received culinary training at the International Culinary Center.
