Anja Leissner

Anja Leissner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of food technology and sustainability. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Spring Food System and holding advisory roles at Mudcake, Marvelous - Deeptech Fund, and Norrsken Foundation, Anja is also a member of the byFounders Collective and an expert mentor for startups at Rockstart and Techstars. As the founder of Anja’s Adventures and previously the founder and Head of R&D at Stockeld Dreamery, Anja has a strong entrepreneurial background and a commitment to mentoring in AI and deep tech through the Nexus Accelerator at the University of Helsinki. Anja holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
