Piyush M. has extensive experience in business development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions across various prominent firms. Currently, Piyush serves at StockGro focusing on business operations, corporate development, fundraising, and strategy since October 2021. Prior roles include a position with Sequoia Capital, where Piyush was part of the deal execution team for M&A and investment activities, and as Director at Transaction Square, providing PE/VC advisory and transaction structuring. Earlier experiences include roles at Jupiter Capital as an Investment Professional, EY in M&A tax and advisory, and as a co-founder of Familiar Food, a cloud kitchen service. Piyush's career commenced at Infosys in deal advisory, following an internship at Nirmal Kaushik & Co. Piyush holds a Chartered Accountant qualification coupled with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta. Additionally, Piyush contributes as a board observer for Niraamaya and Asianet Digital.
