Bonnie Cockman serves as the Director of Finance & Operations at the Stockholm Environment Institute since October 2019. Previously, Bonnie held the role of Chief Financial Officer at the Organization for Tropical Studies from January 2018 to August 2019 and at Grameen Foundation in early 2017. As Managing Director at Mothers Out Front from 2014 to June 2016, Bonnie contributed to expanding a grassroots movement focused on climate action across the United States. Bonnie's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations at Root Capital and Vice President of Finance at Conservation International, where innovative conservation strategies were implemented. Bonnie began the professional journey at Georgetown University Center for Intercultural Education and Development in various finance roles and briefly worked at Podesta Associates as Director of Finance. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
