Simon Persson is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Financial Director at the Stockholm Environment Institute since January 2007, following a role as Financial Controller. Prior to this, Simon held the position of Financial Controller at the Church of Sweden from 2004 to 2007 and worked as a Consultant in project management at Connecta from 1999 to 2004. Simon also served as a Project Financial Officer at the Church of Sweden from 1995 to 1999. Educationally, Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Uppsala University, obtained between 1991 and 1995, and has also pursued studies at the University of South Florida.
